We’re excited to offer a discounted tuition option for families who enroll for the full school year, from September through May (Fall through Spring sessions).
Families who commit to the full year will receive 50% off all registration fees for the entire school year—a great way to save while securing your child’s place in our program.
Please note: To receive the full-year enrollment discount, families must remain enrolled in the same weekly schedule for the entire school year. Changes to enrolled days are not permitted once full-year enrollment has been selected.
Our Full-Year Enrollment option is open to families until the week of September 1, 2026.

4-days/week option. Investment: $3,000 + 150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
3-days/week option. Investment: $2,260 + 150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
2-days/week option. Investment: $1,525 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
1 day/week option. Investment: $770 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
Early Summer Session: 4-weeks
4-days/week option. Investment: $1,500 + 150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
3-days/week option. Investment: $1,130 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
2-days/week option. Investment: $763 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
1-day/week option. Investment: $385 + $150 non-refundable registration fee, supplies included.
Summer Camp: July
$425 per week session (Monday -Thursday)
Registration Fee: $150. Holds your child’s spot in the program and is non-refundable. Supplies fee included. Spaces are filled in the order in which they are received.
Playgroup Investment: 8-weeks
$240 for 8 classes, siblings under 2 are free, supplies included. Total investment: $240.
Payment Options: You may pay the entire tuition investment in one payment or in two monthly payments.
*Note: We are community partners/vendors with Heartwood Charter School and Valley View/Pacific Institute Charter School and for our drop-off program. Families that are registered with any of these charters can use their homeschooling funds for our programs.
We strive to make our programs accessible to everyone, But being a community partner does require extra support, cost and administrative management on our end. We have a non-refundable $75 administration fee for using charter funds. Thanks for your understanding. Please reach out with any questions.
Applications received will be awarded on a first come, first served basis, depending on space available. Oak Heart Forest Program doesn’t allow discrimination of any kind on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, ability, gender identity, national or ethnic origin, or economic background.
Easy Enrollment Process:
Review our website. Complete an online application.
Once we receive your application you will receive a welcome email and a link to pay your registration fee. We are happy to schedule a parent phone or video call, if you should have any additional questions.
Your child's space will be held upon receipt of your $150 non-refundable registration fee. Tuition invoice will follow soon after.
